Property Description

Ever thought of retiring in Costa Rica with a quaint little Bed and Breakfast? Here”s your chance! With 2 new bungalows, and a total capacity for 14 guests this small hotel is a dream to run.

The owners home has 3 bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths, a huge living room, kitchen, and laundry room.

The property is only 5 minutes above Sarchi and has beautiful views of Grecia, and other towns below.

The 4 acres are all beautifully landscaped, and have winding trails leading to the bungalows. There is plenty of room to build more if your aim is to make serious money.

If you prefer to relax, have guests, and make money for living day to day, there is no need for any changes, the place is turnkey. It features an owners home, a pool, and all the licenses in place for the business.

The temperature is in the high 70”s to 80”s year round, so now air conditioning is needed.

The location is perfect for a hotel. It is 5 minutes from the famous artisan town of Sarchi, 40 minutes from the international airport, and 1 hour from San Jose.

It is also near the recreational area of Los Bajos del Toro, a great day trip for fishing and hiking. The Poas Volcano is 1 1/2 hours from the hotel too.

This is truly the heart of the artist community of Costa Rica. Sarchi is nestled in the mountains midway between Grecia and Naranjo. Officially known as Sarchi Valverde Vega, it is home to the woodworkers of the country.

Nearly all of the souvenirs in Costa Rica originate here. You can still see the artisans working on the famous Ox cart wheel, or go to the Alfaro’s workshop and see how it was done before electricity, with water!

Residents of Sarchi who aren’t into woodworking are probably coffee farmers, there are also lots of coffee plantations.

Sarchi is about 15 minutes off the Pan American and 35 from the International Airport. It is the gateway to Los Bajos de Toro, a recreation area north of Sarchi which opens up to the great North, and San Carlos.

It is also in the center of the country, which makes both coasts convenient.

Si alguna vez penso en retirarse en Costa Rica y poner un pequeno B & B, esta es su oportunidad! Con dos Bungalows nuevos y una capacidad para hospedar hasta 14 personas
